Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative team as we continue to develop groundbreaking solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of online presence by creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative design concepts to life and contribute to an enhanced online presence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Create responsive and visually appealing website layouts and designs.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand elements across web platforms.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client and stakeholder review.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure designs are aligned with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design or equivalent in a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of professional web design experience.
